1. Who we are

ICE VOLCANO is the ordering and delivery app of ICE VOLCANO restaurant, operated by Mohamed Nasreldin Youssef Mohamed Elbaz, Alexandria — Egypt ("we").

We are responsible for the data this app collects, and we use it only to fulfil your order and serve you.

2. What we collect

a. Account details

• Phone number — the only sign-in method, via a verification code sent by SMS or WhatsApp
• Name — required to place an order
• Email — entirely optional
• An internal account identifier

You can browse the menu as a guest with no account. An account is only needed to place an order.

b. Address and location

• Delivery addresses you save: street text, building, floor, apartment and a landmark
• Your coordinates — read when you set an address or pick the nearest branch, to confirm you are inside the delivery area

There is no background tracking. The app reads your location only at the moment you ask it to, and never follows you while it is closed.

c. Your orders

Items ordered, options and sizes, notes, coupons, and your order history so you can reorder.

d. Loyalty points and referral code

Your balance, your points, and what has been used.

e. In-app assistant conversations

If you use the assistant for suggestions, what you write is sent to our servers and from there to an AI service provider to produce a reply. Using the assistant is entirely optional, and the app works fully without it.

f. App notifications

A push token for your device, stored on your account, so we can send you order status updates.

g. Fonts

The app loads its fonts from Google's servers on first launch, and your device's IP address reaches Google as part of that — as happens when opening any web page.

What we do not collect

• No card data and no payment information — payment in this app is cash on delivery only
• No photos or files — the app never requests access to your gallery or camera
• No contacts, calendar, or browsing history
• No advertising, no advertising ID, no marketing trackers
• No usage analytics, no crash reporting
• We never sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers

4. Who can see your data

• ICE VOLCANO restaurant — the order and the delivery details needed to fulfil it
• The delivery rider — your address and phone number, to hand over the order only
• Infrastructure providers acting on our behalf (hosting, database, push notifications, verification messages), contractually barred from using the data for their own purposes
• An AI service provider — only the text of your assistant conversation, if you use it

Nothing is shared beyond this, unless required by law.

6. Deleting your account and data

In the app (immediate): open the “My Account” tab → tap “Delete my account permanently” → confirm. Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out at once — no waiting period and no approval by anyone.

Or by contacting us (if you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in), from your account's phone number or email: support@cajera.net or WhatsApp +20 155 875 5217 — we delete it and confirm within 7 days at most.

On deletion we permanently erase: your name, phone number, email, saved addresses and their coordinates, your push token, your assistant conversations, and loyalty points (permanently forfeited). Order history is retained as a commercial record after being separated from your identity.

You can also revoke location or notification permission at any time in your phone settings without the rest of the app stopping.

7. Security

• All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• We hold no payment data — there are no electronic payments in this app
• Access to your data is enforced by server-side permissions

8. Children

This app is directed to people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
