تطبيق ICE VOLCANO (حزمة com.cajera.icevolcano) يشغّله محمد نصر الدين يوسف محمد الباز، الإسكندرية — مصر. تشرح هذه الصفحة كيف تحذف حسابك وبياناتك، وما الذي يُمسح وما الذي يبقى.

الطريقة الأولى — من داخل التطبيق (فورية)

افتح التطبيق وسجّل دخولك برقم هاتفك.
اذهب إلى تبويب «حسابي».
في أسفل الصفحة اضغط «حذف حسابي نهائيًا».
أكّد الحذف. يتم تنفيذه فورًا وتخرج من حسابك في الحال.

الحذف من داخل التطبيق فوري ولا يتطلب انتظارًا ولا موافقة من أحد.

الطريقة الثانية — بمراسلتنا (لمن حذف التطبيق أو لا يستطيع الدخول)

راسِلنا من رقم أو بريد الحساب نفسه بطلب «حذف حساب» عبر:
• البريد: support@cajera.net
• واتساب (اضغط للمحادثة): +20 155 875 5217
وسننفّذ الحذف ونؤكّده لك خلال ٧ أيام كحد أقصى.

ما الذي يُمسح نهائيًا

اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك الإلكتروني
كل عناوينك المحفوظة وإحداثياتها
رموز الإشعارات (لن تصلك إشعارات بعدها)
محادثاتك مع المساعد داخل التطبيق
نقاط الولاء (تسقط نهائيًا بحذف الحساب)
حساب الدخول نفسه — يمكنك التسجيل من جديد بنفس الرقم كعميل جديد

ما الذي يبقى، ولماذا

البيانات	المصير
سجلّ طلباتك السابقة	يُحتفظ به كسجل تجاري للمطعم (محاسبة ومخزون) للمدة التي يفرضها القانون، بعد فصله عن هويتك: يُمسح منه اسمك وهاتفك وعنوانك وإحداثياتك وأي ملاحظة كتبتها، فلا يعود يدلّ عليك.
مكافآت من أحلتهم	المكافآت التي نالها من دعوتهم للتطبيق تبقى لهم — فحذف حسابك لا يسحب مكافأة غيرك.

ملاحظة على الطلبات الجارية

إن كان لديك طلب قيد التنفيذ، قد يتأجّل الحذف حتى يكتمل أو يُلغى — وذلك لمدة أقصاها ٤٨ ساعة. بعدها يُنفَّذ الحذف في كل الأحوال مهما كانت حالة الطلب. هذا فقط حتى لا يصل مندوب لطلب بلا بيانات توصيل.

Delete your account and data — ICE VOLCANO app

The ICE VOLCANO app (package com.cajera.icevolcano) is operated by Mohamed Nasr Eldin Youssef Mohamed Elbaz, Alexandria, Egypt. This page explains how to delete your account and data, and what is removed versus kept.

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

Open the app and sign in with your phone number.
Go to the “My Account” tab.
At the bottom, tap “Delete my account permanently.”
Confirm. Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out at once.

In-app deletion is immediate — no waiting period and no approval by anyone.

Option 2 — By contacting us (if you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in)

Contact us from the account’s own phone number or email with a “Delete account” request via:

We will delete it and confirm within 7 days at most.

What is permanently deleted

Your name, phone number, and email
All saved addresses and their coordinates
Notification tokens
Your in-app assistant conversations
Loyalty points (permanently forfeited on deletion)
The sign-in account itself — you may register again with the same number as a new customer

What is kept, and why

Data	Outcome
Your past orders	Kept as the restaurant’s commercial record (accounting and inventory) for the period required by law, after being separated from your identity: your name, phone, address, coordinates, and any note you wrote are removed, so it no longer identifies you.
Rewards for people you referred	Rewards they earned for joining stay with them — deleting your account never claws back someone else’s reward.

Orders in progress

If you have an order being fulfilled right now, deletion may be deferred until it completes or is cancelled — for at most 48 hours. After that, deletion proceeds regardless of the order's state. This only prevents a courier being left with an order that has no delivery details.
